At Codiskills Program, we are committed to providing the best experience for our students enrolled in the 1-year specialized IT courses. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which a refund can be requested.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under specific circumstances, such as non-receipt of access to the learning platform after payment. Requests must be accompanied by valid proof.

  • Payment made for the 1-year course, but login credentials for the LMS portal were not provided.
  • Valid refund request submitted with evidence such as payment receipts or communication records.

2. Refund Process

If a user meets the refund eligibility criteria, the process will include:

  • Verification of refund requests and evidence by Codiskills staff.
  • Processing refunds back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days upon successful verification.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Login credentials for the LMS portal were provided successfully.
  • The user decides to discontinue the program after gaining access to the LMS portal.

4. Evidence Requirements

Users must provide the following evidence to initiate a refund:

  • Proof of payment (e.g., transaction receipt or bank statement).
  • Screenshots or emails showing non-receipt of login credentials.
